- 2012–2021 — MICROS / Oracle EMEA. Progressed from Oracle Applications DBA into operations and engineering management, leading distributed technical teams and enterprise automation initiatives.
- 2021–2022. Web Development Project Manager, responsible for the delivery team and web-related projects.
Parallel web work, 2000–present: Stephen has also built and managed websites and CMS projects alongside his enterprise IT career, including WordPress and earlier Joomla work.
